2007/06/22– Beau Had Surgery Today
Beau had a couple of lumps removed today. One is at the base of his neck, where his collar sits and a little to his left, and the other is on his last rib on his right side.

2007/04/06– Goodbye, Parade
Parade, our little Basenji, was put to sleep today due to kidney failure. She turned 14 last fall and lived with us since she was 4. We brought her home in a fluffy blanket because she loved them. She was buried next to Max, our GSD/Collie and Tommy, our first purebred Catahoula (also Lucy’s half-brother).

2007/02/25– Update on My Leg
I am healing up. I have been through one lime green fiberglass cast, two black fiberglass casts (the first one started to fall apart and bunch up under my heel), and am now on a walking cast.
